AKM Group-CZ team visited the international defence exhibition in Azerbaijan – ADEX 2024

Despite its recent withdrawal from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Azerbaijan has occupied and continues to occupy an important role in the international defence industry market. Every year the state demonstrates high indicators in the sphere of export of defence industry products. Azerbaijan is actively cooperating with international partners in Turkey, Israel, UAE and Europe.

The key exhibition in the field of Protection and Defence – ADEX 2024, which was held from 24 to 26 September in Baku, naturally aroused considerable interest from the entire world community of arms manufacturers. According to the information from the organisers, more than 270 companies from 38 countries participated in this year’s ADEX.

For AKM Group-CZ team visiting the exhibition in Azerbaijan was of double interest. Firstly, it was an opportunity to see new products from Azerbaijani manufacturers who represented various industries, including combat vehicles, unmanned systems, weapons and ammunition and much more. Secondly, it was a great opportunity to outline joint projects with new business partners. Both objectives proved to be achieved.

Recall that AKM Group-CZ has recently opened a new representative office in Eastern Europe, which indicates the strengthening of the company’s position in the global arena. Earlier, the company announced plans to expand its product line and increase production capacity in co-operation with partners in Turkey and Europe, where large-calibre machine guns, automatic grenade launchers and equipment for filling mortar shells with explosives.
